Shipping costs
Shipping costs to Italy is 4.99€ with BRT courier and 5.99€ with InPost service. If other options are available, they will be shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery times
We usually ship twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays, to optimize transport and reduce emissions. With BRT courier, delivery times are generally 24-48 hours, while the InPost service takes 3-5 working days. International orders may take up to 20 days.
"Merge order" function
Select this option if you would like a single shipment for two separate orders by indicating the order number to be combined in the notes. Should not all products be immediately available, the shipment will only take place once the latter are also ready for dispatch.

We accept cards, PayPal, and other secure methods. Transactions are protected by updated security systems that guarantee high levels of security.
Returns and refunds
You can request it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be intact and unused. Simply contact us via the form or email, indicating your order number. We respond quickly and will guide you through the entire process.
